Our New Beds!

Our family had a very busy day off. Chris installed some lights in our kitchen, I went shopping AND...we got new bunk beds. We were all very excited, especially Ty and JJ. Check out the video we captured of their excitement. We spent an hour and half getting them to stay in bed and sleep. At the end of it all, Tyler is in JJ's room and JJ is in the bottom bunk, and hopefully we are good for the night. We'll try again tomorrow. Good Night

A sick boy!

Our big Tyler was sick last night and today. He seemed fine throughout the day, then when bedtime hit, the coughing hit also. We were up until 2am trying to calm the coughing, gaging, and vomiting. He has had a cold for the last couple of days, and I wonder if the cold (and coughing) is caused by cows milk. I have for a while now given my kids goats milk as a good alternative to cows milk, and haven't necessarily noticed any differences. But when I took them off the goat milk they both got colds following the change. Any ideas, like to hear feedback. Also, the cough, not sure what I can do to help it. It's not a bark, and it's not chesty at all, he just can't stop coughing...to the point where he's vomiting. So I'm going back to the goats milk, until I can figure something out. Hopefully we will have a more restful night. I sure need all the rest I can get! Thank you to Chris for all your help today!

Kellee's Belly

Here is a shot of our little baby to be still inside of his hot mom. This picture was taken at about 21 weeks. We are now at about 28 weeks. (Thanks Chris)! We are all getting very excited, especially me about having our third baby. I'm getting ready to have it. The poor little baby knows what kind of house he/she is being born into because it is constantly getting kicked, needless to say it leaves mom in pain. Chris and I were commenting today that we are going to have to be way more protective of our new little one with two wild boys.
I have been a little uncomfortable as of late. I need to slow down a bit, relax a little more, and stop the routine I have so become accustomed to (never sitting). So in my attempt to sitting more, I started a very old knitting project. I'm knitting an afghan. I'm actually enjoying it. I do love knitting. My mom bought me wool years and years ago to make this afghan (thanks mom), and it has been sitting, very unfinished, in my closet. I'm grateful for the project to work on.
As I enter into the last trimester of the pregnancy, I'm so grateful to God for giving me this precious gift. There is something very comforting about making it to 28 weeks, and I praise God every day for the blessing!

in the beginning

hello to everyone who is reading our blog for the first time. Chris and I have started this blog to allow others (friends and family) to take a closer look into our family. We are excited to share with you our kids. We will have have updated pictures, provided that I stay on top of changing it. I'm not so sure I will be as good as Niki, but I will get better. We also hope to provide live action videos of us. We are excited, primarily to be able to share us with our family who we don't ever get to see, and who we miss very much!
